The final payment is due at the Friendship Tour Office no later than Nov. 1, 2012. This means we need to have everything in hand to mail to them by Oct. 20, 2012. We are asking that everyone send their final payment so it arrives by Oct. 15, 2012, so we're certain we have no problems with mail and etc. problems.
